Seasoned technology professional with 25 years experience spanning a variety of roles in software development, technical operations, security product management, and compliance program management. I am passionate about cloud computing, having spent the last 18 years in SaaS/PaaS/IaaS at Salesforce, Workday, and Google Cloud. I\'ve had the privilege to build and lead release engineering teams, spend time as a security product manager focused on encryption key management, and deliver business continuity/disaster recovery programs to drive down compliance and regulatory risks. In my current role I\'m responsible for developing compliance controls and implementing continuous controls monitoring automation across the business continuity and vulnerability management domains.My biggest strength is bridging the gap between technologists and functional leadership. I have created a strong track record of being the person in the middle who can interact with the business side of the house and translate their needs into a clear technical direction for engineering. As a people manager I take great joy in providing a positive and supportive environment in which my team can pursue both individual and collective career goals. My first priority is the ongoing development and success of those who report to me, while ensuring our collective efforts are in support of the company\'s strategic priorities.
