ABOUT FALK RITTER

Hi, my name is Falk. I’m an introvert millennial, raised in Halle but living in Berlin for over a decade. In 2007, I moved to Berlin to start my 3 year long apprenticeship. After I successfully passed it, I worked as a Product Management assistant at Jamba, mostly known for ringtones and wallpapers for smartphones. I moved on to Zalando, one of the biggest online fashion retailers ever. I started as Product Manager, moved on to become a QA-Testmanager and finally settled as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach with over 7 years of experience. 🧐 2020 was a year of change. I got the opportunity to try out new things. So I started to study Business-Psychology B.Sc. via distance learning. Furthermore, I\'m supporting the \"Digital Misfits\" and became a part of their vital and loving community. It is close to my heart to foster effective collaboration among individuals and teams. I truly believe that this is only possible, when everyone can feel safe and truly be theirself. I’m passionate about facilitating cultural change, that is a driver of agile transformation, company-wide innovation and adaptability in a complex world. This is the foundation to establish resilient structures, which help us to deliver instant & frictionless value on a large scale.
