   Working on an ERP project called Realsuite that focused on property management and finance for over 3 years for BGIS.•Connect with stakeholders and elicit the requirements using techniques such as 1-to-1 and team meetings, document analysis, customer feedback, and complaints, issues raised by the service providers and operation team•Analyse and document business requirements and manage them in the form of epics, features, user-stories, and acceptance criteria using Azure DevOps.•Work closely with business analysts, SCs, product owners, project managers developers, QAs, and other stakeholders through online meetings such as QA daily touchpoint, walkthrough, backlog and sprint planning, sprint retrospective, and review to work on clients\' requirements, add or update user-stories, bugs, and tasks for better use case coverage, and discuss the efforts and schedule of the project release.•To better visualize the presentation of requirements, I use tools such as draw.io, confluence, and Figma and prepare use cases, process flow diagrams, and prototyping.•Present sprint review demonstrations of release items to project stakeholders in the UAT environment before the business verifies the release items in UAT, regression performed in staging, and production deployment.•Responsible for frontend and backend verification and validation of website and mobile (Android) applications in the UAT environment.•Worked on various functionalities such as end-to-end service-request to workorder processing, mass data loaders, property management, notification & escalation policies, user dashboard, landlord and vendor management, asset management, building items, reports, equipment maintenance, engine logs, property accounting and finance.•Validate end-to-end workorder integration process from the vendor and backend APIs to BGIS website using swaggerUI and Postman.•Use tools such as JIRA, AzureDevOps, and Confluence to track and manage project items.
