In my role as an Enterprise PMO Analyst at JD Sports, I support key Supply Chain & Development Programmes, playing a pivotal role in ensuring successful delivery across two critical initiatives: a Local Distribution Centre in Derby and an EU Distribution Centre in Heerlen, Netherlands.Key responsibilities include:Leading governance and assurance activities to ensure seamless programme execution and alignment with strategic objectives.Designing and facilitating Project & Programme Boards, enabling effective decision-making and maintaining clear visibility on project progress and risks.Managing and maintaining the RAID log, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.Conducting stage gate reviews to assess project readiness, ensuring deliverables meet established criteria before moving forward.Implementing and overseeing change management processes, supporting smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes.Monitoring project and programme level plans to track milestones, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines and goals.Providing ongoing governance guidance to project managers, advising on best practices for governance, reporting, and project tracking.In this role, I leverage my expertise in programme governance to enhance the visibility, accountability, and overall success of key supply chain initiatives. I am committed to ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with JD Sports\' long-term goals.
