My dedication and passion to advancing pharmaceutical science spans over 25 years as an award-winning teacher, researcher and exceptional instructor across pharmaceutical and health sciences disciplines. I have contributed to the growth of numerous faculty, students and junior scientists, creating future leaders in science and academia. As an entrepreneur and start-up founder, I have advanced precision medicine through organ-on-chip-technology, translating research into real-world impact. I have brought measurable impact to the enhancement of student-centered programs, securing WASC approval for California Northstate University\'s first PhD program, and spearheaded institutional growth through strategic planning and faculty development, including establishing the OLAW-approved animal research facility at CNU. I continue my commitment to advancing research infrastructure (including multi-million-dollar grants that drew international acclaim. I created a federally funded research program on cardiopulmonary diseases that garnered multimillion-dollar grants and international acclaim. I pioneered innovative research in microfluidic technology and organ-on-chip systems, leading to the founding of MedLuidics LLC.As a collaborator and mentor, I am committed to advancing pharmaceutical science, enhancing education, fostering innovation and bridging research and industry.
