Contributing to Change Management for a widely known Insurance company based in the United States.•Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work with business analysts to gather detailed requirements. Analyze and document business processes to ensure alignment with OIPA capabilities.•Solution Design: Develop and code functional designs and specifications for new features, enhancements, and integrations. Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet industry best practices.• Release Management for Large-Scale Deployments: Coordination and execution of software releases, ensuring smooth and timely deployments across multiple environments. Manage dependencies between development teams, ensure code stability, and oversee the scheduling of deployments to minimize risk and downtime. Collaborate with operations teams to implement and monitor post-deployment activities, ensuring system integrity and performance in production. •Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the OIPA platform to meet the specific needs of insurance policy administration. This includes setting up products, rules, workflows, and user interfaces.•Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and perform as expected. Assist in the creation and execution of test plans and scripts.•Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for OIPA applications, including troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes.
