I have over six years of experience on the Salesforce.com CRM Platform as a Salesforce Administrator. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from Vinoba Bhave University in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand.In my role as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer Support, I have developed extensive knowledge in Salesforce administration and development. I also hold Salesforce certifications for Administrator and Platform Developer I (PD1).One of the significant projects I worked on involved implementing Service Cloud.
