ABOUT FAIZAN SIDDIQUI

I lead and grow youth development programs focused on early childhood learning, physical activity, and community impact. With a background in finance and over 10 years of experience in operations, I have worked across different environments managing programs, building teams, and driving sustainable growth. Currently, I lead Soccer Shots programs across Long Beach and Southeast LA, where we deliver structured, non-competitive programs for children ages 2–10. Our focus is on helping children build confidence, develop social skills, and establish healthy habits through a positive and engaging experience. I work closely with schools and community organizations to expand access to these programs, including offering scholarships and flexible enrollment options to support families from diverse backgrounds. We also prioritize inclusive participation by partnering with organizations that support children with developmental differences. I actively recruit and develop coaches to support expanding programs, ensuring consistency, safety, and a high-quality experience across all locations. My interest in youth development comes from a lifelong connection to sports and a strong belief that early exposure to structured activities plays a key role in building confidence, discipline, and leadership skills. I believe sports provide a powerful platform to teach values such as respect, teamwork, positive attitude, and sportsmanship - skills that extend far beyond the field. My goal is to continue expanding access to high-quality youth development programs and contribute to building healthier, more connected communities. Open to collaborating with schools, community organizations, and partners focused on youth development and inclusive programming.
