My passion for innovation and the belief that change is key to progress have been the driving forces throughout my career. In my role as a Program Coordinator at the Black Founders Network (BFN), I build systems and communities that empower ambitious founders to achieve their goals. Lately, my curiosity has led me down a new path of exploration: the intersection of complex systems and human potential. I\'ve become fascinated with how big ideas from fields like quantum computing can be demystified and used as practical frameworks for decision-making and personal growth.This exploration has inspired me to build and share digital toolkits and playbooks designed to help others navigate their own challenges. For me, storytelling is a powerful tool for building empathy and inspiring action, whether I\'m coordinating a program or designing a new guide. The common thread in everything I do is a deep commitment to my core values: authenticity, curiosity, and resilience. I am always seeking new challenges to grow.
