I\'m an AI product leader with roots in machine learning. 11+ years in the ML space, the last 7+ years building products at billion-user scale.At LinkedIn, I lead the Content Experience AI ecosystem, shaping the systems that decide how 1B+ members interact with content and each other, with >$100M in incremental revenue impact. My work sits at the intersection of generative AI and large-scale personalization: from launching LinkedIn\'s first GenAI tools for creators, to leading SotA innovation for our ranking stack, to building LLM-based evals that optimize for member value over engagement, to redesigning Feed distribution as an auction-based generative system. I\'ve also built the Product launch playbooks and Responsible AI frameworks now used org-wide.I\'m energized by hard problems, good people, and shipping products that people genuinely enjoy using.Before LinkedIn, I built ML products and platforms at Yahoo Research, trading algorithms at Nomura and Credit Suisse, worked as an ML engineer at startups/ research labs, and was granted four patents along the way. I also share what I\'ve learned at Berkeley Haas, CMU, and at AI conferences.
