Faiza Haseeb is a high-impact healthcare executive with over 15 years of experience leading operational transformation, strategic growth, and enterprise integration across complex, multi-state healthcare organizations. She brings a proven track record of aligning clinical and operational priorities to deliver measurable results—driving over $20M in financial impact across multiple systems and platforms.In her current role as Vice President of Central Operations at Alpine Physician Partners, Faiza rebuilt the integration infrastructure, supporting the onboarding of 8 clinics in under 10 months, and launched a centralized Patient Access Center that scaled from 34 to 62 FTEs and a $2M budget in just three months. She led the design and execution of a procurement strategy that delivered $800K in year-one savings, and negotiated real estate projects with $1M+ in TI allowances.Previously, as Chief of Staff at Envision Healthcare, she helped optimize a $319M radiology service line, resulting in $2M in savings and $1.6M in growth within six months. She also led the divestiture of the Pain Services line, delivering a $2.3M EBITDA impact, and designed a client engagement model that retained 100% of top accounts valued at $15M–$30M.Faiza’s leadership spans startups, private equity-backed platforms, consulting and large health systems, including roles at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Hartford HealthCare, and Berkeley Research Group. Her work has driven enterprise-wide improvements in patient access, care coordination, revenue cycle, post-acute services, and clinical integration.She holds a Master’s in Health Services Administration from George Washington University and has completed executive education at MIT Sloan and Harvard Law School.
