Responsibilities.1. Coordinating and collaborating with Key Project Stakeholders (Client, client design team, design consultant and Main contractor) to know client requirement and suggest the required action for design and supervision.2. Supervise the engineering team and completed the design study, detail design (DD), value engineering (VE), IFC (initial for construction) about the MEP activities like Chilled water system, plumbing, fire protection system, wet utilities and BMS system.3. Oversee all mechanical aspects of the project, including HVAC, water supply system, drainage system and fire protection system during all project phases – engineering, procurement, and construction.4. Lead the mechanical team and produce drawing of 23800 tons of refrigeration district cooling plant and 44900 TR/hr. thermal storage tanks.5. Produced the Mechanical IFC drawing in AutoCAD, BIM (HVAC ducting, Plumbing and firefighting system) to transform design information into full installation drawings6. Coordinate mechanical systems with other disciplines such as electrical, architectural, civil and structural and provide troubleshooting point solutions.7. Selecting the material/ equipment and specify the brand/models as per the design requirement.8. Supervising the construction of the site. Inspecting the mechanical activities on the site and initially checking it according to the project document.9. Monitor and evaluate the MEP site progress, project completion and contractor progress.10. Reviewed and approved the Method of the statement about Mechanical system. Reviewed and approved the operation & maintenance (O&M manual)12. The equipment factory and the equipment site assessment test (FAT & SAT) completed in my presence.13. Prepared the technical reports about change order, variation order and cost-saving.14. Prepared and approved the As-Build drawing as per the red-marking drawing 16. Lead the project Testing & commissioning/ project handover to client.
