As a Project Manager at 2B Developments, I am passionate about leveraging my academic background and hands-on experience to make a meaningful impact in the real estate development sector. My studies have provided me with a strong foundation in financial analysis, project financing, urban planning regulatory frameworks, and much more. My professional journey includes working as a Development Projects Intern at Cahdco, where I developed project budgets and pro formas, managed funding applications, aided in the contractor RFP process, and coordinated project schedules for non-profit affordable housing initiatives. Previously, at the University of Toronto Students’ Union, I led the development of the Community Housing and Employment Support Service (CHESS), securing in funding and managing the project’s operations and financial planning. I\'m currently leading the Student Housing Development Commission (SHDC), which is a small team of students who aim to aid non-profits in taking on development projects through pro-bono project management consulting services. I am committed to advancing sustainable real estate development and am eager to contribute to impactful projects that address housing needs and enhance community well-being.
