Scope included Manufacturing Facilities, ASRS warehouse, QC block, multi-level parking, HVAC systems, clean and black utilities, and provisions for future expansion.• Consultant & Vendor Management: Oversaw selection and onboarding of engineering consultants, conducted design reviews, supported procurement processes, and ensured full compliance with industry standards and project specifications.• Facility & Packaging Projects: Delivered infrastructure and equipment solutions for DS, DP, and packaging facilities. Projects included vial filling lines, PFS automated lines, and integration of OEM technologies from Rotzinger, Bausch-Strobel, Jekson, Körber Pharma Packaging, Pester Pac, and Antares Vision
