Currently a Public Security Software Engineer/Manager supporting customer customizations, configurations, and deployments of the Issuance 360 Back Office product within Driver License and ID Programs for the administration, biometric identification and case management framework. I am leading a team that delivers products with AWS technologies - Lambda and step functions, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, AWS WAF, EC2, CloudWatch. Also overseeing the next generation deliveries which include AWS Serverless deployments with CI/CD Pipelines. As one of the pioneers in trusted identity solution, IDEMIA is using cutting edge technology to secure and protect all personally identifiable information and adhere to the highest standards and best practices for security. With over eighteen (18) years of experience in IT, my skills growth has expanded in the leadership, development and implementation space. I enjoy building software and find it satisfying to go live with something I built myself, as well as supporting teams to be successful in their implementations as well. Debugging and failures are part of the process. Maintenance, upgrades and changes over time are always needed. Technology changes rapidly so I keep open goals of continuous improvement and learning.I found working in the Healthcare Information Technology space for fourteen years very rewarding. I had been in backend systems work of this space from 20••••22 and completed my work in a compassionate way; knowing that my role plays a part in patient safety and better outcomes of their lives, as well as providing a better experience for clinicians.    Software Engineer/Manager of ten engineers supporting customer development, customizations, configurations, and deployments of the Issuance 360 Back Office product within Public Security Driver License and ID Programs. Day to day operations overseeing team management, RFP request for proposals and software engineering deployments. Delivery engineering team performs c# application development, SOAP and REST web service integrations, ETL data migrations, and database reporting within AWS and Azure cloud environments for Windows and Linux, and some on prem deployments.
