Faith has over twenty two years of Department of Defense (DoD) experience including training, deploying and supporting large complex SAP ERP systems. Most recently Faith has been providing functional Navy ERP and GFEBS consulting, business process reorganization, and change management for large defense clients using ERP systems. Faith also serves part-time in the military currently as a Human Resource Advisor. Her experience in the military is across both the Army and the Air Force. Driven and results-oriented consultant utilizing my previous experience and education. I am enthusiastic about new projects and opportunities, and am a highly motivated leader with the ability to work well under pressure while meeting demanding deadlines and deliverables in fast-paced environments.    User Management Lead for the System Integrator, overseeing and managing user provisioning activities in support of a large-scale SAP (GFEBS) deployment• Lead the data collection and consolidation initiatives in line with the Defense Health Agency-mandated GFEBS deployment, encompassing all facets of user provisioning. Orchestrate the gathering and validation of role mapping load files, ensuring their completeness and accuracy• Liase with key stakeholders to provide regular updates on the project’s progress, ensuring efficient tracking, management, and completion of all user provisioning tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project requirements • Formulate strategies, craft presentation materials, and establish metrics tailored to user provisioning requirements and functional deployment activities • Oversee system access and processes, ensuring compliance with control policies and audit requirements. Collaborate with Security Team to ensure roles and technical objects required for system access are provisioned to users
