About Faith de Cour
Faith has over 25 years of experience as a leader in missionary care, first in Japan with Asian Access (now A3) and as the Chief People Officer (Retired) for SIM USA. She is passionate about seeing mission organizations and churches responsibly steward the global workers and their families they send through intentional screening, quality preparation, and intentional spiritual and holistic care throughout their service. Faith is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Mission Training International (MTI). It serves mission boards, churches, and other sending agencies by developing and equipping their long-term cross-cultural messengers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She is the People Care and Development workshop track leader for Missio Nexus. In addition, she is a mentor for new (primarily non-western) leaders of various SIM International receiving entities.
