I managed a team of 32 Operators, including eight direct reports. I collaborate with fellow managers to drive efficiency, optimise workflows, and achieve departmental objectives. I also report directly to the Senior Manager on team performance and operational provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring, creating Career Development Plans and conducting one-to-one reviews. Recruitment is another key area of my role. I manage the hiring process, from conducting interviews and onboarding new talent to implementing structured mentoring schemes.I manage live studio graphics production for major sporting events, working closely with NBC on the Olympics, The Players Championship, US Open, and FedEx Cup Playoffs, as well as with CBS on The Masters and PGA Championship.My role also involves overseeing Chyron operations across live shows and house-style builds, ensuring creative excellence and consistency. I work closely with Creative Services and Production teams to deliver daily live-to-air graphics and major channel rebrands. I also lead end-to-end project management for high-profile creative projects, managing timelines, budgets, testing, and implementation.Key Projects Played a key role in developing Planet, an in-house scheduling programme on Salesforce, from testing to implementation. Led the creation of a new super studio with Virtual Reality for major events such as the UK and US elections, F1, and Golf. Strengthened collaboration with NBC Sports after Sky’s acquisition by Comcast, leading to a PGA Tour partnership. Reviewed and expanded automated software for football and golf broadcasts, improving efficiency and accuracy. Led the transition to automated Autocue with the Voice Activated Prompt (VAP) project for Sky Sports News.
