I have a lifelong love of technology and have decades of experience with many enterprise-level SaaS platforms, hardware and software products, and operating systems. The ideal work environment presents challenging or technically complex work where those around me dedicate themselves to team and company success. For me, long-term commitment to a product and company depends on shared values. The perfect workplace has a substantial diversity, equity, and inclusive culture that supports employee career growth.I perform at the highest level, strive to go above and beyond, and actively participate in Agile development teams. In my experience, the best products, documentation, and content design stem from effective collaboration.It\'s a point of personal pride for me that I can write clear, concise procedures. I must do my part to eradicate poorly-written documentation! My passion for technology has led me to choose technical writing as a career, and I am a qualified Senior Technical Writer.It\'s essential that I make a difference and improve usability for people. At my core, I am an enthusiastic problem-solver, and it\'s deeply satisfying to help people, especially with things they don\'t always understand. I quickly grasp technical concepts and enjoy explaining them to a broad audience. I have a proven track record of providing users and developers with clear and helpful documentation that\'s easy to use and understand.In December 2020, I graduated from Portland State University with a master of science degree in Professional and Technical Writing. I also have prior degrees in Communication Studies and Computer Information Systems.On a personal note, I love helping animals and currently have six cats. Additional trivia about me is that my hobbies are reading, photography, drawing, and kickboxing. I am trying to get some cardio, like jogging and swimming, in my schedule, along with regular weight lifting. Home automation is fantastic, and I tend to be an enthusiastic early adopter. I also try to be grateful for the little things – like when I get a good connection between the sprayer and the garden hose so my pants and shoes don\'t get all wet while watering.One of my pastimes is watching videos on The Dodo channel on YouTube. They always make me feel good!
