Proven expertise in multi family management positions that have overseen lease up, new construction, value add and mega properties ranging in size from 110 to 726 units in garden style and mid rise communities. During this I have spent time training new managers, assistant managers and leasing agents on strong leasing practices and streamlining budgets, accounts payable and vendor relations. Prior to changing industries I have over ten years experience in finance and management roles with proven problem solving and marketing skills that have taught me how drive and coach team performance to reach and exceed company goals.
