ABOUT FAITH PRESTON
I am a dedicated professional in Corporate Human Resources (Learning & Development), Global Talent Development (GTD) Scaled Operations.My journey at P&G began (August 2020-May 2021) when I worked in Supply Network Operations and was a site integrated planner and contract manufacturer co-op. I was the SIP and CM for a site called KTP at which I managed 80 materials and was the direct P&G contact for 6 different suppliers. I worked with products such as Bounce, Febreze, Microban, and Mr. Clean. My daily processes took place in SAP.(May 2021-August 2021) I was an HR co-op at P&G working in GTD with a focus on developing MyLearning courses (our internal Learning Management System). In that role, I managed the P&G Leadership Academy (PGLA) courses, ensuring that learners had access to the best educational resources available. I have since transitioned into a more consultative role as I continue to support MyLearning.(May 2022) I graduated from Miami University, Cum Laude, with my B.S. in Commerce / Small Business Management.(June 2022-Present) I am currently working in Corporate Human Resources, Global Talent Development with focus areas in My Learning, Global/Regional Talent Development Tuition/Expense Processing, Wellbeing, Systems/Data Management and own the Cloverleaf relationship with P&G!My analytical mindset drives me. My diverse experiences at P&G, from Supply Network Operations to Human Resources, have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the organization and a commitment to excellence.When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active and was a member of my university volleyball team (I played volleyball as an outside hitter for Miami University - Hamilton for 2 years (20••••21) and was a member of the all-academic conference during fall of 2019), where I developed teamwork and leadership skills that I carry into my professional life.I am excited about the future and look forward to connecting with others who share a passion for learning and development.
