Currently the Risk Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead; responsible for 3 Pillars (Hire, Develop and Retain) in advancing DEI in the Risk Business Line and ensuring measurable action is taking place to educate, promote and cultivate a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture. Work closely with Enterprise DEI.Risk - Currently the Aliados ERG Charlotte Lead; responsible for managing the 4 Charlotte pillars (Development, Talent Recruiting, Community Outreach, and Communications), local and national events, fundraisers and community outreach. Provide the Aliados Steering Committee support in making key decisions for the ERG- Currently provide project management and analytical support to the Risk Strategy & Governance Project Management Office within Risk Management- Currently execute and support business partners with risk efficiency projects in order to enhance Risk processes.
