ABOUT FAITH E M.

A motivated Biomedical Science Graduate who is captivated by the dynamics of the human body, with ambitions of pivoting into the world of corporate finance. My dual interests have shaped my academic journey and career aspirations, making me eager to seek opportunities where I can bridge between science and the corporate finance world. My academic studies have given me the opportunity to delve into the complexities of biomedical science and the study of molecular mechanisms.Through laboratory experience and data analysis, I have developed strong analytical and critical thinking skills, which are vital for the interpretation of scientific data and drawing accurate conclusions.A memorable and captivating experience in my study was writing my final year dissertation project, where I collected data from primary research papers to explore the effects of increasing levels of particulate matter and its effects on those with asthma. This experience enhanced my project management skills, and reinforced my passion for addressing real-world challenges that we face in society. The use of Meta-essentials software further increased my knowledge of Microsoft applications and computer systems, including Microsoft excel. Over the years I also cultivated a keen interest in the financial sector. I am drawn to developing my knowledge on economic growth, supporting business and driving innovation. My exposure to finance began after reading the book \"Psychology of money\" which offers a unique perspective of the relationship between money and human behaviour. Aside academics and professional experience, I and an advocate for continuous learning and personal growth. My previous job roles have developed my communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership development, active listening and logical thinking skills. My involvement in the community has deepened my understanding of the importance of empathy and adaptability.
