My Why: I value people My What: Organizational Development My How: Strategy and Execution (Gallup Strengths) I am passionate about shaping positive experiences through effective organizational development and am able to leverage my strengths of strategy and execution in my work. Alongside a proven ability to facilitate growth and drive efficiency, I bring a collaborative approach to every challenge and consistently create impact. What does that mean exactly? My position at Galloway has afforded me the opportunity to be a key leader in the design, development, and execution of our People programs, including the onboarding program, boomerang program, employee growth program, and military program. This includes cross-collaboration with discipline leaders, managers, and stakeholders providing positive development impact in 10+ offices across the country. Outside of my nine to five, I have the privilege of supporting transitioning service members and their spouses through career coaching at Mt. Carmel Veteran Center, participate in the Military Community Coalition at the Colorado Springs Mayor\'s office, currently blog as a Transition Expert for MilSpouse Transition, and offer one-on-one career coaching calls to military spouses and transitioning service members. For just shy of a decade, I also served as a strategic consultant and director of development at Rise Collective, supporting the fundraising, donor relations, and strategic development of the organization.
