My journey has led me through diverse roles, from managing multidisciplinary teams to driving innovation within large, complex organizations. I\'ve successfully led teams in developing and executing strategic initiatives, sourcing and fostering partnerships, and driving business growth. Part of my journey has been navigating the byzantine structures of healthcare and implementing consequential change.I\'ve learned a tremendous amount during each stop on my journey. One thing I\'ve learned about myself is that I thrive on what I call empathetic collaboration - purposefully connecting with passionate individuals to solve difficult problems.
