I am a results driven professional who has a wide variety of proven skills in a number of areas. Currently in full time employment as a Salesforce Business Analyst and Functional ConsultantI am equally comfortable talking to end users, technical resources through to stakeholders/board members. This enables me to gather and document meaningful requirements to then analyse and implement the change as required. I have managed projects that have been fully internal and projects which have required 3rd party off/near/on shore resources.My role involves the full project lifecycle, from assessing the requirements, presenting the solution, implementing the project, through to user acceptance testing, conducting training sessions and finally sign off. The project strategy I use is a hybrid of Prince2 and Agile/Scrum, as I find that this gives the most flexibility whilst keeping the project on target and keeping all relevant parties informed.
