Currently Working on following projects.1. Infinite Residences at Navi Mumbai: Adani. Project Consists of 9 towers having 15 floors each with connecting Basements and Podium. Total Construction area is about 24 lakh sq.ft. Rehabilitation Building at Andheri- AdaniResidential building of 30 storey. Building is Cast-in-situ upto Podium then rest of floors are 3D precast.3. Facility Building for Cable Landing station: Reliance Jio Infocom Ltd.A Cable Landing building located at sea shore (Versova) having 11 floors. Overall height of building is 70.5 meters. Chinnaswamy stadium. A cricket stadium located at Chennai having 5 level at each stands.(player stand and MCC stand). Stability Analysis of existing building LEELA IT Park cum Commercial Complex: Chennai. In this project stability of hotel building consists of (13 floors) need to be checked and design for increment in loads as purpose of building is changed from Hotel to commercial. Low Cost Housing of Residential Complex At Neral: A Live Project.
