Create and distribute weekly and monthly project status reports to clients, providing transparency and alignment with project goals and KPI’s. Oversee quality control by developing QA and inspection plans, performing interim and final quality checks, and providing reports and documentation in accordance with project specifications. • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders on project planning, procurement, and technical queries resolution, all while creating high-quality documentation to feed Life time records. • Generated/ Review quality documentation (QP, ITP, Quality Procedures etc.) based on the project quality requirements and get the approval from the Stakeholders. • Creating the Bill of Materials, by identifying technical and quality requirements to allow the procurement of both goods and services as per project quality requirements. • Assist the project team in implementing quality standards (Nuclear, ASME, BSEN, or ISO) to comply with Nuclear/Oil and Gas as per project quality requirements. • Monitoring the costs at various stages of a project to ensure they are within the project headroom. • Ensuring consistency of project scope with objectives, making required changes to improve effectiveness and outcomes. • Raising Technical Query, Production Permit, Concession, and Compensation Event at relevant project stages and development. • Managing the milestone payments by raising application for payments to generate revenue for cash flow and ensure that Earned Value is invoiced on time. • To visualise progress, I generate monthly reports based on BCWS vs BCWP and delta. • Oversee both Oil and Gas and Nuclear projects worth around £6.4 million. • Assist the Quality Team & ensure all the LTQR Packs are concurrent with the work. • Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with clients and customers and keep minutes of those sessions. • Excellent hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (Lookup), Microsoft Projects, and Outlook.
