Supervises and controls daily activities with the Manager.• Evaluate and analyze performance of security guards onsite and ensuring that guards are performing duties to company’s set standards.• Undertake disciplinary measures whenever necessary.• Ensures all guard’s monthly assigned work is completed and submitted on time.• Train new security staff on site procedures and company protocols and prepare evaluation report at the end of training.• Prepare site schedule and communicate with management for hiring needs.• Identify, analyze, and resolve security issues onsite and submit reports to the manager as and when required.• Ensure site has always required personal protection equipment.• Provides weekly reports to the Manager on any outstanding reports, incidents, or otherwise outstanding site requirements.• Educate staff to ensure that they deal with adverse situations in a calm and effective manner.• Ensure a clear line of communication is maintained with Securitas and site client.• Ensure all the site equipment is in good working order, proper supplies, and documents on hand.• Assist management with quarterly employee reviews for the employees being supervised.• Ensure changes in site protocols or procedures are relayed to upper-management and onsite security staff to ensure the smoothoperation.• Respond to alarms and client calls decides what actions to be taken based on the situation.• Perform all duties in such a manner to comply with Securitas’s Code of Conduct, Employment Letter and Health and Safety Policy inconjunction with site policy.• As per Securitas’s Code of Conduct, it is important to always maintain confidentiality of all client information.• Follows safety and access control procedures as well as monitor premises and foot patrols.• Prepare daily shift report, special occurrence report (if any), guard inspection reports and other necessary reports as and when asked bymanagement.
