ABOUT MATT FAIRHURST
Fairtech offer architectural services to domestic clients and local builders in North West England and North Wales. We offer feasibility advice during an initial telephone consultation which often proves valuable to clients. Sometimes an avenue isn’t worth taking, however in the vast majority of cases we can provide solutions that solve our client’s problem. Our in house service includes a measured 3D survey which is very important and ensures a good foundation for design work. Our minimum service level includes the production of suitable planning drawings complete with any required mapping. Some builders are happy working under a building notice during the build, however we offer an upgrade to include building regulations specifications at reasonable cost. Typical domestic projects will require the input of a structural engineer. We work closely with a Chartered Engineering practice, a relationship that ensures consistency from project to project as well as great value for our clients.
