ABOUT GABRIEL FAIRCHILD
In 2004, Gabriel Fairchild began in the mortgage industry and quickly moved up to management of finance. In 2006, Fairchild began a mortgage company that grew to 50 plus employees and was given the opportunity to work directly with an FDIC bank as the primary mortgage originator in the US. When the mortgage industry crashed, Fairchild soloed in the industry until he was introduced to into the development and aquisitioning industry. In November of 2010, Fairchild acquisitioned his first property and turned a six-figure profit and has now acquisition over 80 properties. faichild began VASS Student serivces in Colorado 03/2014 and now is growing the company to 110 people.
