ABOUT FAINA NAEEM
I am a motivated Environmental Civil Engineering graduate with a strong interest in creating sustainable and resilient infrastructure. My dissertation explored public perception of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the UK, which developed my ability to design surveys, analyse data, and draw practical insights on how communities engage with sustainable solutions.Through university group design projects and independent research, I have built strong skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and project management. I enjoy taking initiative—whether it was suggesting innovative green infrastructure ideas in group work or managing a year-long dissertation alongside multiple modules and deadlines.What drives me is the opportunity to apply engineering to real-world challenges: reducing flood risk, improving urban environments, and embedding sustainability into the built environment.
