ABOUT FAIK ELVAN
As a Senior Electronic Engineer at Cruise, I leverage my 10+ years of experience and certifications in avionic hardware development and interconnect design to help create state-of-the-art radar modules for autonomous vehicles. My mission is to enable our vehicles to perceive their environment more clearly and safely, using the latest technologies and best practices in the industry.Previously, I worked as a Hardware Development Engineer at TechSAT GmbH, where I designed and developed the motor drive inverter of the high lift system of a civil aircraft, using analog signal conditioning circuits, power stage, and internal power supply tree. I also coordinated the manufacturing, testing, and qualification processes of a power supply unit for the A400M military cargo aircraft, as part of an Airbus DS project. I have extensive experience in working with GaN semiconductor devices, microcontrollers, and electronics hardware design.
