   Working as Embedded Engineer, responsible for end-to-end PCB design, schematic development, and validation of control and interface circuits used in energy and automation systems.Key Responsibilities:• Design and develop schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts using Altium Designer / KiCad, ensuring compliance with signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC standards.• Define PCB stack-up, set routing constraints, and verify impedance control for reliable high-speed signal performance.• Prepare component libraries, footprints, and BOMs; manage revisions as per IPC standards and internal design guidelines.• Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams to ensure complete hardware–firmware integration and mechanical fitment.• Generate manufacturing deliverables – Gerber, ODB++, fabrication drawings, and test documentation – ensuring DFM/DFT readiness.• Perform hardware bring-up and debugging during prototype testing using DSO, power analyzer, and measurement tools, resolving issues in coordination with cross-functional teams.• Support vendor coordination and design review discussions for fabrication, assembly, and prototype validation.
