Driving meaningful change with simplicity and purpose.I’m an established Business Change Manager with over 12 years of diverse experience across the media & entertainment and telecommunications industries. My strong experience and background is successfully delivering large scale complex projects to fruition. My passion is in identifying opportunities for meaningful improvement and simplifying complex processes to make things easier and simpler. Change is the catalyst for progress, and I’m not afraid to challenge, ask the tough questions, and ensure that people remain at the heart of every solution.Throughout my career, I’ve honed my ability to break down barriers and transform challenges into actionable positive outcomes. I take pride in making change not just possible, but seamless and impactful for those involved.Outside of work, I’m a former Scottish champion and international athlete in Tenpin Bowling, which has fuelled my passion for sports, leadership and community building.
