Our problem-solving methodology blends techniques from management consulting, human-centered design, and data-science - leaving our clients with robust solutions that are made to last. Some of our work includes: Building a long-term organization-wide data strategy at a public school district based on their competencies, gaps, capabilities and goals then guiding them through a high-impact pilot project that moved the needle on one of their key objectives (detracking) Designing a suite of salesforce applications to help a private high school scale up to a larger operation. We determined where redesigning their processes and technology would free up their team and unlock new capabilities. We then designed and built the salesforce applications to support fundraising, admissions, work-study, parent relationships, college counseling, and alumni-relations. Creating a consistent and human-centered design schema for an Emergency Department\'s medical equipment management. Our redesign saved the ED $13K per year in expired materials, cut search-time by 40% and reduced self-reported stress when searching by 25%. Helping a private high school struggling to prepare academically for the return of it\'s students from remote-learning design and implement an integrated math program. We identified the organizational and pedagogical structures necessary to ensure students learned the highest-value skills regardless of their starting-point.
