InvitISE is a boutique talent partner for clients who want a considered approach to hiring. We work across Cyber Security, Technology, Digital, Finance, HR, Procurement, PMO and AI, with a focus on mid to senior placements where the quality of the hire genuinely matters.We\'re not a volume business. We take on the briefs we can do justice to, we get to know the hiring manager and the team, and we find people who fit properly rather than just on paper. A lot of our work sits outside traditional agency hiring altogether. We run Statement of Work engagements and manage specialist contract delivery for clients who need defined outcomes, not just resource.Cyber Security is an area of particular focus. The market is tight, the stakes are high, and the difference between a great hire and a poor one has real consequences. We\'ve built genuine relationships in this space and we bring that to every brief we take on.We\'re proud REC members, ISO 9001 certified and Cyber Essentials accredited. I\'ve spent over 20 years working in UK talent. Long enough to know that the best outcomes don\'t come from filling vacancies quickly. They come from understanding people properly, on both sides of the conversation.I set up InvitISE as a boutique talent partner for organisations that want more than a CV drop. We work with clients across Cyber Security, Technology, Digital, Finance, HR, Procurement, PMO and AI, and we take the time to understand what they actually need, not just what\'s on the job spec. A lot of what we do sits outside traditional contingency hiring altogether. We run Statement of Work engagements, manage specialist contract delivery, and help clients build teams thoughtfully rather than reactively.Cyber Security is one of the areas I\'m most focused on right now. It\'s a space where the wrong hire genuinely costs organisations, and where good people are hard to find if you don\'t have real relationships in the market. We do. Whether it\'s a CISO, a SOC team, a security architect, or a contract specialist for a defined project, we take the brief seriously.Right Matters came from something I kept seeing in my work. Smart, capable people who genuinely didn\'t know how to present themselves in the job market. Not because they lacked ability, but because nobody had ever shown them how. That bothered me. So I built a structured coaching and mentoring service to give those people the kind of support and honest guidance that actually makes a difference. We work with individuals from graduate level right through to C-suite, and with employers who want to handle outplacement properly.M-IFS started from a similar place. I believe every person should be able to show up to work as themselves, faith, culture and all, without having to leave part of who they are at the door. The M-IFS accreditation gives organisations a practical, tiered framework to make that a reality, rather than just a policy statement.
