4+ years of research experience in micro-nanofabrication, nanolithography, thin film deposition, different etching techniques, and characterization of nanostructures. Expertise in Out-of-plane and In-plane Si microneedles and High Aspect Ratio (HAR) AFM tip fabrication. Hands-on experience in Class 100 cleanroom for microfabrication process: photolithography, sputtering, CVD, ALD, dry etching wet etching, RIE(Si and metal), spin coating, and Lift-off. 2+ years of experience in characterization techniques like Atomic Force Microscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy, and 3D optical profiler. Expertise in etching HAR (high aspect ratio) Si structures. Highly skilled in root cause analysis and problem-solving. Successful in finding out the root causes of complex photolithography, etching problems and implementing adequate permanent solutions as per the root cause analysis. Computer & Official Skills: Extraordinary skills in Microsoft Office (word, outlook, & excel expert), LayoutEditor, CleWin4, AutoCAD, C++, MATLAB, Inventor, Python, Latex.
