ABOUT FAHIM GOHAR

I am a Solicitor of England and Wales with over a decade of legal practice advising individuals and businesses across a broad range of legal matters. I serve as Director at Northwest Solicitors Ltd, where I am responsible not only for client representation but also for ensuring the firm maintains the highest standards of professional and regulatory compliance. My practice spans multiple areas of law including civil litigation, criminal litigation, immigration law, personal injury, family law, housing and landlord-tenant disputes, and regulatory matters. I regularly advise clients on complex legal issues and develop practical strategies aimed at achieving efficient and commercially sensible outcomes. I have particular experience in contentious matters and have represented clients in courts and tribunals, including conducting advocacy in summary trials and other hearings where appropriate. My work frequently involves drafting detailed legal pleadings, witness statements, legal submissions and representations to courts, regulatory bodies and government departments. In addition to my legal practice, I also oversee regulatory compliance within the firm, including adherence to the professional standards set by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. This role involves implementing effective risk management systems and ensuring that legal services are delivered with integrity, professionalism and accountability.
