I believe healthcare is at its most powerful when clinical expertise, compassionate care, and strategic innovation come together. My journey so far has been one of learning, serving, and leading—whether in crowded OPD, classrooms full of eager students, or underserved communities where access to care is still a challenge. Today, I am driven by a deeper purpose: to contribute to systemic improvements in healthcare that are data-driven, patient-centric, and scalable.Currently, I am pursuing a PGDM-HCM at the Goa Institute of Management. Here, I am honing my skills in healthcare strategy, marketing, operations, and decision-making, with active involvement in projects. My goal is to address access, affordability, and efficiency challenges through innovative and evidence-based solutions.Before this, I served as an Assistant Professor at Brainware University, where I designed lecture content, mentored over 60 students, and supported academic research while delivering consistent feedback ratings of 8+/10. I also contributed to industry readiness programs, anti-ragging initiatives, and student development activities, helping create a safe and engaging learning environment.Alongside teaching, I practised as a Consultant Dental Surgeon in Kolkata, conducting community dental camps, improving preventive care outreach, and contributing to research on affordable protocols for mass oral cancer screening.My foundational clinical experience began as a Dental House Staff at the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of West Bengal, where I managed 150+ OPD patients daily, optimized clinical workflows, and led awareness programs on tobacco cessation and oral hygiene, improving treatment compliance and health outcomes.I completed my Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from The West Bengal University of Health Sciences, where I developed a passion for patient care and evidence-based clinical practice.I am an empathetic, solution-focused, and collaborative professional who thrives at the intersection of healthcare delivery and systems management. My ambition is to leverage technology, data, and leadership to create lasting impact—not just for individual patients, but across communities and healthcare networks.
