ABOUT FAHIM A.

A collaborative Public Policy Leader who works collectively with key partners, government agencies/offices, local, state, and federal elected officials, and community organizers. Developed government grants with agencies and departments on the federal, state, and local levels. Collaborated with academic executives’ nonprofits across the State of New Jersey to build opportunities for partnerships and alliances. Worked alongside the President’s Cabinet members in focusing on institutional goals and focused public policy. Informed, guided, and advised higher administration on recommendations of ongoing policy and political climate by monitoring federal, state, and local legislative/policy issues. Advocate and implement diversity through my time on the campus-wide diversity and inclusion committee. Responsible for hiring, managing, and overseeing personnel to support organizational initiatives and goals.
