Technical Sales Support EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa)- Providing sales & technical support on wireline (EXFO’s Optical Test & Measurement product line) and wireless products (Analyzers and Simulators) to sales Demonstrations-Manage sales leads, analyze customer needs, build technical and sales proposals with the regional sales team and partners-Understand and deliver day to day technical & consultative support to prospective & existing clients, solve problems or issues faced by customers, partners and team members regarding the EXFO products-Lead complex troubleshooting and resolve critical or escalate technical issues - Provide customers and partners first line support on phone and email -Generate wireline and wireless products quotations based on customer needs and requirements in alignment with RSM’s [ Regional Sales Managers] and AE’s [ Applications Engineers]-Provide Simulators & Analyzers sales support Globally- Maintaining Simulators database & create Analyzers and Simulators care renewals Globally-Use technical & Business writing skills to respond to Supplier questionnaire, RFQs/RFIs, Tenders, and any other requests rapidly and in a professional manner-Providing follow-up sales support by disseminating technical information on specific applications within EXFO sales team and with customers-Assist the sales team in proposal phase of new/existing opportunities providing pricing estimates, resource requirement, preliminary project timelines, SOW language and acceptance test plans and manage expectations of all parties-Assist in achieving or exceeding the assigned regional sales and business development objectives in collaboration with all concerned-Manage legal / contractual documentation records working with legal team-Preparing reports, as required by the management team-Participating in the continuous improvement of our systems and customer service quality
