Highly focussed in my personal and professional development, I aim to become a Chartered Professional. As a finalist at the ‘UK Tech Leaders Awards’ and a global finalist at the ‘Institution of Engineering & Technology (IET) Achievement Awards’; I have a proven track record of going ‘above and beyond’. As an advocate for safety, I am the youngest Board Member of the UK ‘Safer Highways’ movement, having been acknowledged as a future leader with the ability to lead, influence and manage. In my career to date, I have been nominated for 9 National, International and Group-Wide awards; being named as the Kier Group ‘Rising Star’ at the Annual Awards 2018.I am keen to progress my future career in a business/operationally focused role; managing people/projects/finance/contracts and supporting business growth. As such, I am looking for opportunities at a company that would allow quick progression and is willing to heavily invest in developing future leaders.
