Investigating and mitigating security incidents, conducting root cause analysis as needed.Maintaining IT infrastructure uptime using network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, NetWitness and reviewing device logs and configuration changes to identify any potential network/application downtime risk.Taking part in design discussions, implementation of new projects, and documentation.Actively monitoring logs from different log sources and reporting anomalies to senior management.Taking an active part in preparing and presenting reports such as Resourcing, Capacity, Performance, and Risk Management for existing infrastructure based on engagements with multiple project teams and sharing the reports with senior leadership for further expansion.
