I am an MBA graduate from the Haskayne School of Business, specialised in Business and Technology Management, and currently serve as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner at Pfizer. With over 8 years of experience spanning business analysis, product ownership, systems design, and data integration, I have led cross-functional teams across the US, Canada, UK, and India, delivering solutions in pharmaceutical, healthcare, and financial services industries. At Pfizer, I work at the strategic intersection of digital, regulatory, and CMC teams, guiding enhancements to regulatory solutions across the full product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements gathering to solution design and deployment. I partner with stakeholders to align system capabilities with business and compliance needs, streamline submission planning, and maintain operational efficiency. I contribute to governance as an Information Management representative on Clinical & Commercial Change Advisory Boards, ensuring informed decision-making, effective prioritization, and timely resolution of system issues. In addition to my pharmaceutical experience, I bring a strong background in ETL workflows, regulatory reporting, data warehousing, and analytics—architecting and optimizing processes to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance. My experience spans both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, enabling me to adapt quickly to diverse project needs.
