Accomplished Pharmacy Regional Manager with a demonstrated track record of successfully supervising pharmacy operations of many inpatient hospital pharmacies throughout half a dozen states as well as high volume retail pharmacy environments. Pharmacy consultant exercising strong team leadership, possessing strong critical analytical skills of such things as quality data & clinical data as well as workflow analysis to achieve successful pharmacy operations in a variety of environments. Extensive experience with various pharmacy softwares, automated dispensing machines and electronic health record softwares (eMARs). Recent years have been focused on the implementation of requirements set by Joint Commission, Departments of Health and Boards of Pharmacy, particularly within inpatient behavioral health facilities to help many facilities pass a myriad of surveys.
