As the IPT Lead for the Digital Interoperability (DI) MAGTF Agile Network Gateway Link (MANGL) program, I lead a cross-functional team delivering next-generation digital interoperability capabilities to the Fleet. DI MANGL connects air and ground forces across otherwise incompatible networks, significantly enhancing situational awareness and mission execution.Alongside sustaining the current capability, I lead a rapid prototyping effort to design and deliver the next evolution of the DI MANGL system. This includes full-spectrum responsibility for concept development, architecture, stakeholder engagement, acquisition strategy, and integration planning. I focus on accelerating delivery while aligning with long-term operational needs and cybersecurity requirements.I manage the integration of key components—including Software Defined Radios (SDRs), the Mesh Network Manager (MNM), and the Marine Air-Ground Tablet (MAGTAB), which serves as the common interface and end-user device—ensuring synchronized development, testing, and deployment. I coordinate across engineering, logistics, contracting, finance, cybersecurity, and operational communities to manage program risk, meet acquisition milestones, and achieve system performance goals.Key Highlights: • Secured program reauthorization following a comprehensive architecture review and NSA alignment• Leading the design of the next-gen DI MANGL system through agile prototyping• Building strong partnerships with USMC sponsors, NSA stakeholders, and industry to drive innovation• Guiding design reviews, field testing, and planning future system incrementsThis role requires balancing technical depth with strategic oversight—ensuring the system meets performance, security, and operational relevance for the warfighter.
