   I provide direct services ranging from individual, group, family and crisis counseling, to behavioral intervention planning and delivery, to social emotional education and psycho-educational evaluations all within the scope of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support and Response to Intervention models. I promote students overall well-being and resilience by strengthening their interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and anger management skills as well as their capacity for communication and self-regulation, by encouraging healthy decision-making through the use of evidence- based counseling techniques and mindfulness strategies. I conduct extensive psycho-educational evaluations for special education eligibility and support special education staff in developing IEPs, planning transitions, documenting goals, and identifying appropriate accommodations/services. I demonstrate positive and impactful consultative and collaborative problem-solving capacity when working with students, parents and guardians, community members, and colleagues. I develop, evaluate, and monitor both academic and behavior intervention plans to encourage positive student outcomes from a culturally responsive lens.
