Develop technical collateral for the company website, develop training material for the sales team, and provide pre and post-sale technical support to customers. Work closely with operations leadership to prioritize cost reduction initiatives for improved profitability. Managed new project/product request process in Salesforce.com to capture technical data for the engineering team while maintaining commercial visibility to the Sales team.
