Delivery Manager Software Product Engineering @Capgemini Engineering

I lead the software engineering practice in Capgemini Engineering Italy from project delivery and people management standpoints. The team is composed by brilliant offer line and technical leaders and consultants engineers expert in design, development and testing of software for embedded and desktop applications. The team is organized in cooperating offer lines, spanning a large variety of technological areas such as model-based software, safety-critical and regular embedded software, mobile and web, augmented and virtual reality, robotics, machine learning, computer vision, signal processing and controls algorithms, working across all the main industries. The team mission is to work closely to our customers, supporting the development of software applications for their products. My main responsibilities are technical coordination of presales and delivery activities, definition and implementation of the team organization, support of people growth and career development, financial management and recruiting of selected key people.
